Как выяснили ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, семья «мегаподрядчика с Рублевки» Евгения Лукашова ведет общую бухгалтерию с семьей первого замдиректора московского ГБУ «Ритуал» Валериана Мазараки, которая является доверенными лицами начальника УФСБ по Москве и Московской области Алексея Дорофеева и других генералов спецслужб. Лукашову, напомним, как выяснил наш проект, принадлежит ООО «ТСК Элитный сад», который за последний год подписал 15 госконтрактов на общую сумму в 5 млрд 280 млн рублей (в основном - с властями Одинцово), а ранее заключал также договоры со столичным Фондом капремонта и ФГУП «Предприятие по поставкам продукции Управления делами президента РФ». Жена Евгения Лукашова, его полная тезка, владела 50% в компании «Фэмилисити» с выручкой в 2,5 млрд рублей. (Помимо московского строительного бизнеса у нее есть в Брянске барбершоп «Тотем»).

Еще 50% в «Фэмилисити» принадлежало Елене Карамалиевой. Это землячка семьи Мазараки, уроженка Ставрополья, которая в 2022 году работала в штате компании «Генстрой», которая записана на бизнес-партнера семьи Мазараки Дмитрия Брыксина. В частности, Брыксин и Егор Мазараки (сын бизнесмена Льва Мазараки) ранее напрямую были учредителями охотугодий «Тишенки» в Смоленской области, а «Генстрой» получил как минимум 5 контрактов с ГБУ «Ритуал» на 9 млн рублей. Сейчас АО «Тишенки» переписано на АО «Сосны», учредители которого из ЕГРЮЛ скрыты, а Брыксин по-прежнему является гендиректором фирмы. На «Сосны» записано еще несколько охотхозяйств: «Дикий лиман» (Ставрополье), «Манц» (Калмыкия), "РУЗСКОЕ ОРХ" (Подмосковье), а также «Шервуд» (Смоленская область).
Как оказалось, Карамалиева работала не только в «Генстрое» у Брыксина, но и в десятке других компаний, напрямую принадлежавших семье Мазараки. В телефонах собеседников она записана как «Елен гл бух», «Елена бухгалтер Льва Борисовича» и «Елена Soho Family». Лев Борисович - это Лев Мазараки, младший брат первого замдирктора «Ритуала» Валериана Мазараки, а Soho Family – холдинг его сына Егора (Георгия) и ресторатора Дмитрия Брауде, в который входят рестораны и ночные клубы. После расследования Ивана Голунова активы Егора Мазараки были переписаны на номиналов. В частности, новыми учредителями компаний «Джагер» и «Джуби» стал Игорь Нелюбов, а доли Мазараки в «Блэксмит», «Клево», «Меркурий», «Рестогрупп» получил Вячеслав Мартыненко, также уроженец Ставрополья.
Бизнес-партнерша Евгении Лукашовой, по данным утечек, пересекалась и с шурином Льва Мазараки - Игорем Коровка (его сестра Анастасия - жена Льва Мазараки). Бухгалтер группы «Сохо» указана в качестве контакта в его кредитной истории. Игорь Коровка сейчас является председателем АНО «Центр по благоустройству и охране лесопарковой территории деревни Шульгино», которая находится в Одинцово, рядом с Барвихой. Учредители АНО в ЕГРЮЛ скрыты. Известно, что в Шульгино у Льва Мазараки есть особняк, который записан на Российскую Федерацию. Кроме того, Лев Мазараки и Игорь Коровка являются членами ПСК «Барвиха» - это элитный коттеджный поселок неподалеку от д. Шульгино. В распоряжении ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info есть засекреченный список владельцев элитной недвижимости на Рублевке, которую решили скрыть российские власти (см. видео). Мазараки попали в этот с писок, видимо, потому, что тесно связаны с начальником УФСБ по Москве и МО Алексеем Дорофеевым и многими другими представителями спецслужб.
Лев Мазараки развивает строительный бизнес - ему принадлежит ГК «Стилобат» с чистой прибылью по итогам 2024 года в 3,4 млрд рублей (в 2025 году - 350 млн). «Стилобат» строит элитную недвижимость в Москве, такую, как комплекс Lion Gate в Малом Сухаревском переулке и апартаменты RED7 на Садовом кольце. В 2024 году Мазараки переписал компанию на комбинированный ЗПИФ «Май Вэйс». Лукашова с Карамалиевой в «Фэмилисити», напомним, тоже спрятались за ЗПИФ - сейчас компания записана на фонд «НЭКСЛ» под управлением ООО «Профтим». При этом Лукашовы, похоже, во время войны решили наладить строительный бизнес с дружественной Беларусью: учредитель «Элитного сада» несколько раз летал из Москвы в Минск и обратно вместе с некоей 41-летней уроженкой Самарской области Мариной Богдан. Она пользуется электронной почтой московского ООО «СпецСтройИнжиниринг», учредителем которого является гражданин Беларуси Павел Богдан. «СпецСтройИнжиниринг» - такой же счастливчик, как «Элитный сад»: в его портфеле как минимум 66 строительных госконтрактов, общая сумма которых почти полмиллиарда рублей. В числе заказчиков Павла Богдана - московское ГКУ «Администратор московского парковочного пространства», ГБУ «Московский контрольно-мониторинговый центр недвижимости», столичный департамент капремонта, КП «Московская энергетическая дирекция», ГБУ «Автомобильные дороги СВАО», и тд.
Ранее ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info публиковали кадры с дорогущей вечеринки, которую для друзей устроила Варвара Мазараки – невестка похоронного магната Льва Мазараки - доверенного лиц начальника УФСБ по Москве и Московской области Алексея Дорофеева и других генералов спецслужб. Среди почетных гостей была Лиза Пескова.
Также наш проект нашел и еще одну интересную связь «золотого подрядчика» Рублевки. Мария Макарчук – давняя личная помощника по особым поручениям главы Росприроднадзора Светланы Радионовой- с 2016 года была директором муниципального «Одинцовского парка культуры, спорта и отдыха» (МБУК «ОПКСИО»), плюс по совместительству советником главы Одинцовского района Андрея Иванова. Именно под ее руководством крупные подряды от МБУК "ОПКСИО" получило ООО ТСК «Элитный сад» семьи Лукашовых (1,2 млрд рублей за 2025 год).
Макарчук поддерживает отличные отношения не только с главой Одинцовского района, но и с местным депутатским корпусом - в частности, с одинцовским депутатом от «Единой России» Михаилом Девятьяровым, бывшим лыжником, членом олимпийской сборной РФ на Олимпиаде в Ванкувере. Авиабилеты для Девятьярова она также, как и для Радионовой, заказывает со своего номера телефона.
Как мы ранее сообщали, Макарчук у Радиновой занималась организацией приема большой группы бизнесменов и чиновников, которым покровительствует лично Радионова.
Rublyovka's "Golden Contractor" and Mazaraki's Undertakers Share Bookkeeping
As VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info have discovered, the family of "Rublyovka mega-contractor" Yevgeny Lukashov shares books with the family of Valerian Mazaraki, first deputy director of the Moscow state-owned institution "Ritual," which is a trusted confidant of Alexey Dorofeyev, head of the Federal Security Service (FSB) for Moscow and the Moscow Region, and other generals in the special services. As our project has discovered, Lukashov owns TSK Elite Garden LLC, which signed 15 government contracts totaling 5.28 billion rubles over the past year (primarily with the Odintsovo authorities), and previously also concluded contracts with the Moscow Capital Repairs Fund and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Enterprise for the Supply of Products of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation." Evgeny Lukashov's wife, his full namesake, owned 50% of Familycity, a company with revenues of 2.5 billion rubles. (In addition to her Moscow construction business, she also owns the Totem barbershop in Bryansk.)

Another 50% of Familycity was owned by Elena Karamalieva. She is a fellow countrywoman of the Mazaraki family, a native of Stavropol, and in 2022, she worked on the staff of Genstroy, a company registered to Dmitry Bryksin, a business partner of the Mazaraki family. Specifically, Bryksin and Yegor Mazaraki (son of businessman Lev Mazaraki) were previously the direct founders of the Tishenki hunting grounds in the Smolensk region, and Genstroy received at least five contracts with the state-owned enterprise Ritual worth 9 million rubles. Currently, Tishenki JSC has been transferred to Sosny JSC, whose founders are hidden from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), and Bryksin remains the company's CEO. Several other hunting grounds are also registered to Sosny: Diky Liman (Stavropol Krai), Mants (Kalmykia), RUZSKOE ORKH (Moscow Region), and Shervud (Smolensk Region).
As it turns out, Karamalieva worked not only at Bryksin's Genstroy but also at a dozen other companies directly owned by the Mazaraki family. Her phone numbers list her as "Elena, Chief Accountant," "Elena, Accountant of Lev Borisovich," and "Elena, Soho Family." Lev Borisovich is Lev Mazaraki, the younger brother of Ritual's first deputy director, Valerian Mazaraki. Soho Family is the holding company of his son, Yegor (Georgy), and restaurateur Dmitry Braude, which includes restaurants and nightclubs. Following Ivan Golunov's investigation, Yegor Mazaraki's assets were transferred to nominees. Specifically, Igor Nelyubov became the new founder of the companies Jager and Jubi, while Vyacheslav Martynenko, also a native of Stavropol, received Mazaraki's shares in Blacksmith, Klevo, Mercury, and Restogroup.
According to leaked data, Evgenia Lukashova's business partner also interacted with Lev Mazaraki's brother-in-law, Igor Korovka (his sister, Anastasia, is Lev Mazaraki's wife). An accountant for the Soho group is listed as a contact in his credit history. Igor Korovka is currently the chairman of the autonomous non-profit organization "Center for the Improvement and Protection of the Forest Park Territory of the Village of Shulgino," located in Odintsovo, near Barvikha. The founders of this autonomous non-profit organization are hidden in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE). Lev Mazaraki is known to own a mansion in Shulgino, which is registered to the Russian Federation. Furthermore, Lev Mazaraki and Igor Korovka are members of the Barvikha Cottage Construction Company (PSC), an elite cottage community near the village of Shulgino. The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info possess a classified list of owners of luxury real estate on Rublyovka, which the Russian authorities have decided to conceal (see video). The Mazaraki family was apparently included on this list because of their close ties to Alexei Dorofeyev, head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region, and many other members of the security services.
Lev Mazaraki is developing a construction business – he owns the Stylobate Group of Companies, with a net profit of 3.4 billion rubles by the end of 2024 (350 million in 2025). Stylobate builds luxury real estate in Moscow, such as the Lion Gate complex on Maly Sukharevsky Lane and the RED7 apartments on the Garden Ring. In 2024, Mazaraki transferred the company to the combined closed-end mutual fund My Ways. Lukashova and Karamalieva, as a reminder, also hid behind a closed-end mutual fund at Familycity – the company is now registered to the NEXL fund managed by Proftim LLC. Meanwhile, the Lukashovs appear to have decided during the war to establish a construction business with friendly Belarus: the founder of Elite Garden flew back and forth between Moscow and Minsk several times with a certain 41-year-old Marina Bogdan, a native of the Samara region. She uses the email address of Moscow-based SpetsStroyInzhenering LLC, founded by Belarusian citizen Pavel Bogdan. SpetsStroyInzhenering is as lucky as Elite Garden: its portfolio includes at least 66 government construction contracts, totaling almost half a billion rubles. Pavel Bogdan's clients include the Moscow State Budgetary Institution "Administrator of Moscow Parking Space," the State Budgetary Institution "Moscow Control and Monitoring Center for Real Estate," the Moscow Department of Capital Repairs, the Municipal Enterprise "Moscow Energy Directorate," the State Budgetary Institution "Moscow Roads of the North-Eastern Administrative District," and others.
Earlier, the VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info published footage from an expensive party thrown for friends by Varvara Mazaraki, the daughter-in-law of funeral magnate Lev M. Azaraki, a confidant of Alexey Dorofeyev, head of the Federal Security Service (FSB) for Moscow and the Moscow Region, and other generals of the special services. Liza Peskova was among the guests of honor.
Our project also uncovered another interesting connection between Rublyovka's "golden contractor." Maria Makarchuk, a longtime personal assistant for special assignments to Svetlana Radionova, head of Rosprirodnadzor, has been the director of the Odintsovo Park of Culture, Sports, and Recreation (MBUK OPKSIO) since 2016, and also served as an advisor to Andrei Ivanov, head of the Odintsovo District. It was under her leadership that the Lukashov family's TSK Elite Garden LLC received major contracts from MBUK OPKSIO (1.2 billion rubles for 2025).
Makarchuk maintains excellent relations not only with the head of the Odintsovo district but also with local parliamentary representatives, particularly with Odintsovo deputy Mikhail Devyatyarov, a former skier and member of the Russian Olympic team at the Vancouver Olympics, representing United Russia. She also books Devyatyarov's plane tickets using her phone number, just like she does for Radionova.
As we previously reported, Makarchuk was responsible for organizing a reception for a large group of businessmen and officials under Radionova's personal patronage.
